I handle everything in between and above: financial strategy, cash flow forecasting, unit economics, KPI design, banker and investor reporting, and the executive-level financial decisions nobody else on your team is qualified to make.

The first 14 days I spend on a Cash & Clarity Diagnostic — I plug into your QuickBooks Online, audit your chart of accounts, identify miscoding and vendor overcharges, and build your first 13-week cash flow forecast. By day 30 you'll have a KPI dashboard, a clean monthly close cadence, and your first CFO strategy call with me.

No. Every retainer I run is month-to-month with 30-day notice. No annual commitments, no early-termination penalties, no surprise auto-renewals. You stay because the work is delivering value — not because you're locked in. That structure puts the burden of performance on me, not on you.

I'm under $500K — can you still help?

My core retainers are designed for operators between $500K and $30M. If you're below that floor, the right entry point is Finance Unlocked at $199/month — the on-ramp for founders not yet at $500K. When you cross the threshold and are ready for a full CFO retainer, I graduate you up. If your business is significantly below the floor, I'll tell you that honestly.
